Dev-com consult supported its partner Afriq Creative Solutions in the development of six strategic plans for 6 CSOs in Yambio, Western Eqautoria State. The six CSOs included; Action for Peace & Development Organisation (APDO), Consultation Centre for Empowerment & Welfare Organization (CCEWO), Community Organization for Peer Educators (COPE), Hummingbird Action for Peace and Development (HAPD), Self Help Women Development Organization (SHWDO), and USAHP.

The methodology used in development of the strategic plans included holding a stakeholder consultative workshop involving staff of the various CSOs and other stakeholders. The consultative workshop provided an opportunity to reflect on the previous, current and future programmes and aspirations.
