Dev-com consult provides management and advisory services to strengthen government, civil society and private sector ability to deliver effective services and drive meaningful change in communities they work. We embrace intentional learning and mentorship to deliver customized organizational development initiatives that build effective and sustainable organizations. Dev-com works with our partners to assess their needs and establish effective systems, practices, and processes to address their challenges. We collaboratively define objectives and a plan for achieving them, develop and implement tailored in-house trainings and on-the-job mentoring programs, establish key indicators to measure performance, and incorporate collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) methodologies for continuous improvement. Our staff includes organizational development and training specialists as well as experts across a broad range of technical areas including organizational governance and management, project design, civil society advocacy and outreach, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, finance, Human resource among others.
